The service

Callout is an email alert service that summarises public procurement notices published on UK government platforms and gives each one an automated "winnability" score. It is provided by Thomas Baildham, trading as Callout, 12 Millgate Close, Stourport, Worcestershire DY13 9GT.

Not advice

Scores and summaries are an automated guide based only on what the buyer published. They are not legal, commercial or bidding advice. Always read the full tender documents and check deadlines and requirements on the buyer's portal. We can't guarantee that every relevant notice is captured, or that notices are free of errors made by the publisher.

Plans and payment

Free plans can be cancelled at any time. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from your settings page at any time, and your plan continues until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund part periods, except where the law requires it. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.

Fair use

Digests are for your own business. Don't resell or republish them. Where a notice comes from government data, that data is Crown copyright and licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited. Otherwise, we aren't liable for lost profits, lost contracts or missed deadlines, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
